I have it Arcticwolf when you go on your keeper for a day experience go here and find out what the heck this fish is from someone who ought to know.... wait no better plan... send a PM to Ungulate, 100% they can answer it for you or ask someone who can. Wish this had occurred to me earlier.

I've spoken to a zookeeper from Toronto on Facebook and she's going to check when she's at work next. Should have an answer in a day or two.

According to the Aquarium Keepers in the Australasian Pavilion at Toronto Zoo it is a Quoy's Parrotfish (Scarus quoyi)

The mystery species has finally been revealed!!! Thanks Hix for putting in the effort to find out what kind of fish this is. Also be sure to thank the zookeeper. It's awesome that they took the time to help.
