The lighting does make it difficult to take pictures but when I went the red panda was on a branch right in front of the glass which made it easy to get this photo.
Im glad to see the pandas are getting some face time with guests again. Nice to have something in that exhibit while they figure out what to do with it. Im hoping more clouded leopards are coming. I like them. But a new critter thats more active might be nice too... I would definitely like to see them brighten the exhibit with more light. Your right it sucks for not just photos but seeing the animal in the first place. But with the bright red coats I bet the pandas stick out. Maybe Ralphie and Cassie will find the new digs romantic and the new exhibit can open to the pitter patter of even tinier paws.
