Even though it's hard to see, the rocks in the background look much more realistic than the bright orange ones that the goats and sheep used to live on. This picture makes me even more excited for Eurasia to reopen.
I'm not certain, but I don't think this is newly constructed. I believe that it is the former Barbary Sheep/Mouflon exhibit (seen from a different angle in these photos: http://www.zoochat.com/532/eurasia-goat-exhibit-84605/ and http://www.zoochat.com/532/im-going-mislabel-exhibit-155465/), which is being converted to the snow leopard exhibit. While it is possible that the colour of the rock has been changed (and it would be nice), I think the colour difference is more likely a result of different camera settings capturing different colours.
