Man thats one big nose/upper lip. And I wouldnt have thought their teeth looked like that. They seem pretty pointy for a herbivore. Very intersting. Great timing on your part. A split second sooner or later and you might not have got it. Clearly I need to learn patience as well as... well pretty much everything.
There was a keeper behind the wall at the back of his area and an Asian Rhino on the other side of the wall at the front. He kept going back and forth, tap, tap, tapping with those toes and every time he came to the front, he scented where the Rhino was on the other side, so my friend and I just kept taking a picture each time. A few caught his mouth open and were not blurrred.
