Well, it does stick out, but it sticks out like a sore thumb. People never miss it, but hardly anyone stays to look at it. It's so small disappointing, that I usually don't care if the otter's in the water or not.
I agree its not tucked away and people dont miss it. Its just so small, boring and pretty much unchanged from when I was a kid. They could definitely use more space to swim and play. Having that space might help to encourage breeding.
