This is actually a speckled mousebird. For some reason its identification sign was taken down but the species is still in that exhibit. Great picture by the way.
Of course it is a mousebird - the tail was not showing and I made assumptions.

That sign is often wrong so I pay little attention to it. arctiwolf, do you know why they keep putting up and taking down the Black Crake on that sign?
The zoo's signs are sometimes wrong because most of them were put up a while ago. I'm not sure why they keep putting up and taking down the black crake sign but I'm pretty sure I saw them on my visit last weekend. The mousebirds have been in that exhibit for a while so I'm not sure why their sign was taken down.
