I'm not sure if this is a male or female cat. I arrived just as it was starting into its breakfast which happened to be a full rabbit. It was pretty fascinating to watch the cat eat, but the smell got to me and I had to leave before kitty finished.

No clue either which cougar it is. Someone else will probably have a good guess. I don't think I could have stayed to watch that either. I have an easier time when it just meat but a whole identifiable animal... nope... especially a rabbit because I had several of them as a child. You were pretty lucky though with your timing and the position of the cougar. Interesting to see them eating up close.
