What Am I?

I have no clue what this chick was. At first I thought it might be a bleeding heart dove chick but the colouring isnt right. Now Im wondering if its just a normal dove chick that happens to live in the Malayan Woods.

Indeed, like Childonias said, a Zebra Dove. And a rather old looking one, at that.

Interesting I got the feeling it was a recently fledged chick. Looked still pretty puffy and downy. Could be wrong. I couldn't even guess the species and I know whats at the zoo.

it's definitely an adult. It just doesn't look very well to me.

I was originally going to comment that it looked like a sick Zebra Dove but Chlidonias IDed it first so I didn't bother posting.

It is one of two ancient Zebra Doves remaining from a breeding group.
The zoo used to supply other facilities and always had about 6 to 8 in Malayan Woods, then they mistakenly shipped out a wrong bird or two and that was the end of breeding.
Two bad because the sound of doves cooing in there was very appealing. Now there are Bleeding Heart Doves, and occasionally Green-winged Doves but they are quiet.
