There is a male and female green anaconda in this exhibit, as well as a diving lizard. I have yet to see the creature, and the sign did not specify any other name apart from "diving lizard". Most peculiar to be in with the anacondas!

The third photo from the left (at the top of the signage bar) shows a photo and a brief description of the "diving lizard". If anyone can zoom in accurately enough then we can maybe discover more about the species.
You got it right! I visited the aquarium again today and this time I took a close-up photo of the sign and it is exactly the lizard that you mentioned. To make things even better my wife spotted one on a branch about 3 feet above a green anaconda.
