VC My guess is a female Large headed anole A. cybotes, though the family are very wide spread in the Caribbean area and southern USA but from some of my books this looks a good bet. At least until a proper expert opinion is added.
There are only 5 anole species in the Yucatan: lemurinus, rodriguezii, sagrei, sericeus and tropidonotus. My knowledge of these is not sufficient to identify the species on this or the other photos where you caught an anole.
