Lesser Yellow-headed vulture

Jan. 1 2014 near Sabancuy. Not sure if it is a Turkey, a Yellow-headed or a Little Yellow-headed vulture.

It could be an artifact of the light but it sure does make it look unlike a turkey vulture

Evidently I should have read the other comments first! I entirely forgot about lesser yellow-headed (I had forgotten that it occurs this far north). Yes, this is a lesser yellow-headed. In addition to the head color that you already noticed, it has a blacker plumage and a longer primary projection (wing tips extend further past the tail when perched) than the turkey.
