If I recall correctly, the only giant pandas in the world which are not the official property of the Chinese government.

This a very nice photo of Xin - Xin, the giant panda that is descended from Chia Chia, the london zoo male panda and Tohui, the first panda born at Chapultepec. And yes, the 2 female pandas at chapultepec are the only ones not owned by the chinese government.
