Iztia gave birth to 2 cubs concieved by artificial insemination on may 26, 2014. The cubs were presented to the public this week, september, 2014. The male wolf sperm donor was from Misouri (st.louis, perhaps), but the press release did not mention if the male was actually at chapultepec.This seems to be the first birth by artificial insemination for mexican wolves or lobos.
