African grey parrot "enclosure"

I´m stunned on how this enclosure resembles the lush african rainforest... it looks very natural;)
 
By your pictures, vogel, it is clear that Profepa ( the mexican federal enviromental agency) is simply not doing its job in Quintana Roo or Yucatan states. Profepa should by law monitor zoos and circuses to avoid situations like this. Too often in Mexico the laws and federal agencies carry out regulations in central mexico and guadalajara, but out in the provinces the situation is different.
 
Why is there climbing-stuff in front of the cage. Does this animal normally move free in this exhibit?
 
Several of the parrots in this area are free-Climbing and others are taken out of the cage now and then.
