winter in Tucson

Well, for those of you suffering freezing cold and sleet or snow, I thought I would show you what a harsh winter day in Tucson (Arizona) looks like. I took this earlier this week (December 7) in Sabino Canyon, on the northeast edge of town. It was sunny and in the 70's Farenheit. Plus, I saw a mule deer a little way up from the parking lot.

I've seen pictures of the Saguaro National Monument covered in snow. When does that happen?

Yes AD, but in summer, New Yorkers don't have to get up at 6am just to go to Bronx Zoo without passing out from the heat. :p
