Thankfully now closed! The bad Douglas Wildlife Zoo in the border town of Douglas, Arizona. I visited once in August 1994, which was one time too many. See that tall square fence block in the middle? That is actually a black bear exhibit! The mountain lion cage (not shown) was even smaller!
