The Asia Precinct is the far end of the zoo, which contains the revamped Sumatran Tiger enclosure and a pair of brand new Sun Bear exhibits (replacing the old giraffe paddock). The exhibit immediately to the right of the entryway is the old sun bear enclosure. The theming for the new area is childish, with light blue, red and yellow colours, cartoonish statues, and pagoda-style viewing shelters.
