Thanks! I'd say the best thing to do is to get to know your subjects, their behavior, habitat preferences, ect. and it'll kind of help you predict where to find them and what they'll do. Plus, most animals are itneresting to watch anyways. Or, get a giant camera

I know the main subjects quite well, They're a roe deer family that I've been tracking for a while. I will however learn about their behaviour, which I would know to a reasonably extent. Interesting:yes giant camera: just a digital.
