They are Alaskan Wolves, so depending on how many subspecies we acknowledge...they are either Interior Alaska/Yukon Tundra Wolves or MacKenzie Valley Wolves. The six Wolves at the Alaska Zoo are siblings and were removed from a den near the western Alaskan town of McGrath as pups as part of a predator control program.
