Very timid. He came just outside the edge of his holding cave (where you see him here) for about a minute and then retreated inside and that was it. About fifteen minutes later he stood in the back of the cave looking at us where we could see him (but not get a good photo), but then when someone came pushing a loud stroller he ran inside and did not come out again.

Yes. It will be interesting to see when I make it out this summer for one of their late Saturday night openings if he is inclined to explore more at night.
