Texas blind salamander

How many zoos in the united states exhibit this species? I know Dallas zoo has them.

It looks to be an axoltol. Are they the same thing?

I pretty sure there different species of salamander. Texas Blind Salamander (Eurycea rathbuni),axolotl (Ambystoma mexicanum).
