Jaguar Jungle - Black-Handed Spider Monkey Exhibit

The Mayan Ruins theme that is present in this excellent section of the zoo is not as overwhelming as can be found at many other southern American zoos. Audubon has an immmersive environment in this South American zone, but there is still a lot of natural vegetation found in all of the exhibits. Also, since the 2005 destruction of Hurricane Katrina this part of the zoo still has fallen trees along the pathways that actually aid the immersive quality of the complex.
 
Doesn't look like there's much to climb on, at least from this picture.
