I had no idea they have beavers there. Are they active during the day? The ones here in Tucson at Arizona Sonora Desert Museum are NEVER out during the day and the only way to see them swimming is to go on their summer Saturday nights.

They are "active" as beavers go. They come out swim and groom 3 to 4 times per day in spring and summer. They are coming out only a couple times a day right now.
