It is a very good enclosure as it is large and it offers up quite a bit of vertical space. There were about 4 colobus monkeys and 4 black mangabeys, and several of them were digging through the leaves in search of food.
Binder Park is the only zoo I've heard of that keeps Black Crested Mangabeys in the U.S. Are there any others about in AZA, roadside, or private that anyone knows of?
I'm quite fond of mangabeys and wish they were more popular. Only seen Red-Capped myself, having unfortunately missed seeing the now deceased Grey-Cheeked that was at Smithsonian...
