It was! Having said that there is a half-decent new section called Realm of the Tiger (Sumatran tigers, Malayan tigers, siamangs and Asian birds) and a scattering of okay older enclosures. However, the corn crib cages like the one in this photo are cement and wire atrocities, and the elephant enclosure is also badly outdated.
