Over-zealous stand-off aside*, I really like the design of this.
*Are American zoo visitors considered so unruly that they can't be left within reach of a open fish pool for the fish's sakes? Or is this to prevent someone climbing/falling in and the zoo being sued? Either way it makes me a little more sad for the world.
