With two tragopan species, two eared-pheasant species, two long-tailed pheasant species, one monal species, both Chrysolophus species, one Lophura species, one Bambusicola species, one peacock pheasant species and the great argus, the Bronx Zoo's pheasant collection is so great and can match any Asian zoos~

Want me to make it even better for you? I've actually seen two peacock-pheasant species (Palawan and Mountain) and two Lophura species (Swinhoe's and Silver) at Bronx. With a total of 15 species Bronx sure has quite the pheasant collection.

Actually the zoo has three eared-pheasant species (Blue, White, and Brown) so it's actually 16 species!
