Looked captive to me. It was in the Black-Necked Crane enclosure. There's no top covering the enclosure but, just like in the other two Northern Ponds enclosures, Mallards seemed to be the only wild waterfowl in the enclosure. There were a pair of these guys.

Lesser White-fronted Goose. The tiny bill is diagnostic, and can be a more obvious feature than the yellow eye-ring.
Where was this please?

It's Anser erythropus (lesser white-fronted goose)
