Hi BeardsleyZooFan, I'm enjoying your pictures of the Bronx Zoo. When you were in the Congo Gorilla Forest did you happen to get any pictures of the exhibit that they have on the African forest elephants where they have a model of a tree scarred by one and some graphics about it?
I visit about once a year, unfortunately. You can make the request to AnaheimZoo, who goes there often. I might go more frequently if I get WCS membership, which I've been putting off for so long for some reason. I think I remember what you're talking about with the elephants somewhere...
There's a banner outside of Congo Gorilla Forest heading towards the Mouse House that has a small paragraph saying to help protect African Forest Elephants.
