There are several similar species of Dawkinsia that look quite like the fish on the photo, but not D. srilankensis which is one of the species with 4 broad dark bars (one on head, two on body and one at tail base), quite like the well-known D. arulius.
The fish on these photos are D. assimilis, D. filamentosa or D. rohani, but would need to check literature to separate them.
