Yeah well I don't think the zoo could think of anywhere else to put them after the Monkey House closed. World of Birds also has Golden Lion Tamarin and Cotton-Top Tamarin for mammals. I remember when I first visited the exhibit they also had an African Brush-Tailed Porcupine in there.
I will be interesting to see what primates end up in the outdoor space this year outside the Mouse House. I am hoping they still have the Goeldi's Monkey and silvery marmosets.

Every year (even when the Monkey House was open) all those cages had the larger New World Monkeys. They always have Golden Lion Tamarins, White faced saki, bolivian grey titi and then the rest change up. Last year they had a pair of silvery marmosets, a pair of mustached marmosets and at least a sign for Goeldi's monkey (never saw them). Cotton tops, red handed tamarins, monk sakis, emperor tamarins have all been there too at different years.

Yeah I remember that from before the Monkey House closed but not since. What time of year do they usually display them? Two of those cages still hold Red Pandas.

From May-October. When I went at the beginning of October last year they were monkeys in all the cages. The red pandas being there is relatively new. They used to have them in one of the Monkey House cages (next to the capuchins) back in the day (early 2000s). When I go in May I will make note what species of monkey are displayed (if any).
