I don't think so. I've seen the infamous MIA cobra multiple times and it appears said animal is off-show now. I was thinking maybe it's a Naja annulifera.
Bronx has an Egyptian Cobra go MIA a few years ago for some time. It became a huge social media topic and the zoo even started a Twitter page and jokingly posted tweets by the cobra on its whereabouts. It was found in a corner of the reptile house and put back on-show not too long after it went missing.
