I agree that they are probably Goeldi's monkeys. For all of the criticism regarding Tragic World, there are tons of climbing opportunities for the primates and the actual physical space is enormous.
There are many here on ZooChat that have criticized Tropic World as it is almost entirely fake, but on first entering the building does appear to be spectacular. Closer viewing reveals the flaws, and the gorilla exhibit is awful.
