The grizzly bear has found the only natural substrate in its entire grotto pit...but in the next few months the grizzlies and polar bears will be moving to brand new exhibits in a different section of the zoo.

Apparently the bear`s behaviour hasn`t changed - on April 25th he was lying axactly on the same spot, the same posture, as in the picture. And I passed several times in front of his enclosure
