I can't help but think how lucky I was (without expecting it, I hadn't done my homework prior to the visit) to see two Pacific Walruses and two Northern Fur Seals at Brookfield's Pinniped Point in 2003. Nowadays I think it only contains Common Seals and California Sea Lions (plus maybe Grey Seals too) so not exceedingly interesting any longer I'd say!
It now contains California sea lions, grey seals, and harbor seals. I kills me to know that these two rare pinnipeds are no longer here. It was my first time to see a seal though.
