I just visited today (check the thread "Snowleopard's 2010 Road Trip" for the full review), and this building is easily the best part of the Buffalo Zoo. It is quite beautifully planted and yet another great addition to the many other gigantic indoor rainforest complexes that are found all over the United States.
I know. When I took the photo today I was thinking how a few months ago when I was in that same spot I would have been able to seen the waterfall. And the plants have grown so much it's even harder for me to spot the tamandua when he's actually out!
