Spectacled Bear Pit

This clearly resembles the Andean Mountain range......

When where these spacious and highly immersive exhibits built?

So easy to improve with some soft substrate (even just on part of the exhibit) and some furnishings. Would still be rather small, but a lot better.

I really can't believe this - I am out of words ...

In defense, although it doesn't help the bears that actually live in the pit, look through Snowleopard's photos and see that the zoo does have a small exhibit with vegetation for the Spetacled Bear/Manned Wolf in the Vanishing Animals section of the zoo.
