The orangutans were not using the sky nests and lines when I visited, I wonder if they like them. However, at the Smithsonian National Zoo in Washington DC, they have the O-line which is a similar conveyance and they certainly use it. However there are major differences...in DC, it is completely modern with no dressing-up of the structures foundations, it is a longer route, it hangs above visitor areas outside of their habitat, and they have to use it to access the two different habitat areas.
