Well I should clarify! The lions and hyenas are rotated in two seperate yards! So no, the windows or cave do not rotate, but that would be impressive....

Oh, I get it now:
Both the Hyenas and the Lions are on exhibit at the same time, but they rotate which yards they're in.
I know there are 3 lions, all 4 years old. The two females are sisters, Rose and Iris, and the male is unrelated and barely older, named Simon. I think they will become a breeding trio.
How many Hyenas do they have? Names? Males or females? Any breeding?
@geomorph: Did you find Busch Gardens worth visiting? I have been to Disney Animal Kingdom, but for some reason have resisted going to Busch Gardens.
My impression is that it is a cheesy theme park with animals rather than a really good zoo that is also a theme park (which is how I would describe DAK). The animal enclosures seem okay from the photos, but it also seems like many of the animals are treated like circus animals with trainers making them do tricks and/or noisy theme park rides rumbling through their habitats. I would be interested to know if you think that Busch Gardens is a good zoo.
It is a good zoo, and the loud rides are mostly some distance from the main animal areas. HOWEVER there is a new rollercoaster that opened since I have been there that possibly ruins that statement...I may go soon so I will write up a review if I do!

I think there are actually 3 hyenas. Their names are Tamu, Taziki, and Makali. I know Tamu is a female, yet I'm not sure what the others are. I think they might be part of a breeding group.
