I was lucky to find an adult (according to my Herpetology professor the specimen was around 40-50 years old!) female right next to my tent when I went camping to the Mojave Desert! According to some of the Herpetologists that were with us, they had never seen an adult Rosy Boa in over 30 years in that research reserve, which made the find even more special.
