This looks more like a pen to keep a single pair of (small) ducks than a crocodile exhibit. How old are the crocodiles living in here - it looks hardly suitable even for a juvenile nile crocodile. Also, a fence like that on a crocodile exhibit seems like asking for trouble.
The croc splashed into the water as I came up to the exhibit and in the photo (if you click on it and hit "original" to enlarge) you can actually see its eyes and the shape of the head underwater. I wouldn't be at all surprised if the croc remained in the same exhibit as he increased in size because nothing shocks me at this joint.
