Falcated Duck

Temperate Territory- Falcated Duck. July 20, 2015.

I've been looking at this, and I think it's a male Falcated Duck going from eclipse plumage to breeding plumage.
I'm not an expert on waterfowl, but I'm pretty confident that it's that. I'm sure someone will point it out if I'm wrong though.

I think you are right LaughingDove, it was also my first thought.
