Not sure what you mean by "theme," but there are several zoos in the northern U.S. that have large amur tiger exhibits that get snow in the winter. Minnesota Zoo runs the amur tiger breeding program and also has the largest tiger exhibit (I think) of any AZA accredited zoo.
