A circular arrangement of paddocks hold Rothschild's Giraffes, Southern Ground Hornbills, Red Pandas, Giant Pandas, Common Hippos, South African Cheetahs, Common Eland, Marabou, Damara Zebra, Greater Flamingos, White-faced Whistling Ducks, Roan Antelope and Lowland Nyala. This is the oldest area of the zoo, dating back to the 1750s (though with a few changes in the interim!).
These enclosures are (left-right): Lowland Nyala, Rothschild's Giraffe/Southern Ground Hornbill, Red Panda (which has the Giant Pandas behind).
