@snowleopard I feel as if this enclosure would better suit Greater Kudus rather than Okapis, due to the fact that Okapis tend to live in deep, dense forests. I guess this creates an educational opportunity for guests to compare Okapis to Giraffes, but this enclosure is called the African Rift Valley, not the Comprehensive Overview of Africa. What are your thoughts on this particular habitat?
@Wyman I agree with your thoughts wholeheartedly. The name Comprehensive Overview of Africa probably wasn't considered when choosing a title for this area. One other thing to note is that many of the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo exhibits for African animals are a tad on the small side.
