This picture was made in 1991 and shows the sumatran male Mahato. He came in 1988 to L.A and in 1989 to Cincinnati. He died in 1992.
I think, this picture was not made in the Wildlife canyon, it looks like more the hoofstock house, the exhibit in the background could be the present giant eland exhibit.
