I was thinking the same thing. It certainly doesn't look it will be opening this month. Though with all of the rain we've had lately, it doesn't suprise me that they're behind.
I dunno - if the construction team works around the clock I could see it potentially being open by the end of the month. I guess it depends on weather and how hard the folks work.
