Not sure what you mean here but I assume it to be admitting to uploading a bad photo?

2. why would I get not use a cell phone with a 5.0 megapixel camera

Because a cell phone with 5.0 megapixel is laughable for taking proper photos. No offence meant to you, rather to people with cell phones thinking they are professional photographers (of which there are too many these days). However, there are MANY factors that determine how good a camera is and megapixels are not the most important one (however, you should have at least 15.0 megapixels). I do not know the proper terms for these factors in English but maybe some of the even better photographers here can come to my aid?

3. the lighting is orangish and I can perfectly see whats in all my photos, especially the gibbon indoor exhibit one.

Maybe you can see what are in your photos but that is because you already know it. For the rest of us it is now that easy.

The whole purpose of an on-line Forum is for people to have discussions, I thought... not to simply preen and pose and expect nice pats on the head. "Oh what a clever boy."

In a Forum such as this, where members range in age from 9 to 70 (I'm guessing here) there is the additional possibility of the younger people learning from elders how to have a discussion and what has already been figured out. The elders can learn to have a new fresh perspective from the passionate younger members.

And then, every year or so, some younger member reverts to stubborn tantrum and we have these long posts where assorted people try to get him (is it ALWAYS a "him"?????) to let go of the stick and move on.

Look, it doesn't matter whether CinZoo boy loves this exhibit or not. The exhibit did win an AZA best exhibit award a long time ago. It was a spectacular step forward a long time ago. Now we have seen what more can be done and we are learning from it and trying to do better.

It is far better than some and not nearly so good as others.
So what?

So what?

At least you said something positive, and I at least think its better than Columbus's because all it is is two large banisters and that's it.

And that's all you took away from that post?
Seriously you can't just take 1 piece of a post and ignore the bits you don't likem, defeats the whole point of a discussion.

uuuuuuum okay, I didn't really understand that.

The only thing you commented on was the positive, you totally ignored the rest of what Zooplantman said. What's so difficult to understand?

Because he never said anything negative, and also, yeah I commented on the positive things, don't see a problem with that.

uuuuuuum okay, I didn't really understand that.

Then you need to re-read @Zooplantman's well-written and very true post and think about it some more. Also, don't take this as a personal attack but rather constructive criticism (like @Brum).

I remember what it was like to be a young forumster on ZooChat. I joined when I was just 16 and having re-read some of my very old posts I am shocked at how juvenile I must have sounded. However, I have since been corrected and learned from some of the older members of the forum and am very grateful for that today.

I may be crossing the line here, but Cinzoo man just sent me a PM so bratty and immature that it cannot be ignored:

I can't seem to make out whats in here it looks like you took a pic of a tree

http://www.zoochat.com/422/randers-t...gibbon-169267/

This one looks far to dark and I can't see the boundaries of the exhibit

http://www.zoochat.com/422/randers-t...temple-169026/

Why did you even bother to post this?

http://www.zoochat.com/422/randers-t...rdvark-169002/

now this one was way too unacceptable to post you know what you should by a camera with a flash like my new phone does

http://www.zoochat.com/422/randers-t...python-169000/
and this

http://www.zoochat.com/1278/tsimbaza...-house-151585/
once again use flash

http://www.zoochat.com/1293/nahampoa...codile-138607/

uuum ok, taking a pic of a croc where you can see only a little bit of isn't exciting

and I saw a pic of you, you look like you 16,,so am I so don't call me a kid and tell me to relax

http://www.zoochat.com/128/duisburg-...xhibit-120147/

again, nope can't see what in here

Way to many repetitive pics of things people don't care about

and i have every right to post a pic as much as you do

First of all, my photos are landscape pictures that show exhibits and landscapes in zoos not just animal shots.

Secondly, all of my photos are sharp and crisp and not blurry catastrophes.

Secondly, I don't use flash on animals because I think it can be stressful to many species and it is not allowed to use flash in many nocturnal houses. While some of my pictures may be a little dark (for which I apologize) they are ALWAYS sharp or not uploaded.

I am amazed that you continue to embarrass yourself like this. Your responses are bratty and downright ridiculous.

Oh, and by the way: You may have seen an old picture of me but if you were capable of doing the least bit of research, you would be able to see on my profile that I am 21 (well, in two days at least).

@Toddy, I don't think you've crossed the line! And I'm pretty sure you commented that you were 16 when you joined the forum...
