There are no documented instances of a black margay - that photo is mislabelled. As for what type of pampas cat, that species division has been disproven by furthere study. There is only one species of pampas cat, not three.
Famous because at one time it held the largest variety of wild cats at any zoo in the world. (Of course the new night hunters only has a few felids and the distinction of best cat collection has been taken up by the relatively new facility Le Parc Des Felins).
