I really like this renovation, I only know this place with orang utan in it, which looked not that great, but this is very nicely done. I do not agree with Sheridan on many things (especially ranking ), but I totally agree with calling Schonbrunn Europe's best zoo!
The refurbishment of the Monkey House is stunning. Light, clean, airy, well-laid out - everything the old setup wasn't! Another example of Schoenbrunn's knack for modernising an old building thoroughly yet sympathetically - don't think any other zoo can match it on that front.
The colubus are mixed with the meerkat family not only in the outdoor enclosure but also indoor! The naughty little meerkat kids are the best enrichment for the colobus I've ever seen.
